Enfy AS is the controller for the personal data described in this statement.
When do we collect personal data?

- visit www.enfy.no,
- submit a contact form or request a quote,

- subscribe to a newsletter or consent to marketing,
- click ads or links that lead to our website.
We do not collect sensitive personal data via the website unless you provide it yourself in an enquiry to us.
Which data do we collect?
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
- Name, phone number and email address
- Company and role (if you provide them)
- The content of your enquiry (message, question, need)
- Technical data about your visit (e.g. IP address, browser, device and which pages you view) — especially when you have accepted cookies for analytics and marketing
What do we use the data for?
We mainly use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and follow up sales,
- provide quotes, information and customer service,
- administer customer relationships and contracts,
- send newsletters and marketing when you have consented,
- improve the website and measure the effect of our marketing,
- comply with legal requirements (e.g. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act),

Analytics
We use first-party, cookieless analytics to understand how the website is used:
- Vercel Web Analytics — page views and events such as contact form submissions, which solutions visitors open, and how they reach us. This does not use advertising cookies.
Marketing
With your consent we may also use:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for ad measurement and remarketing.
- Google Ads — for ad measurement and remarketing.
Site analytics does not use advertising cookies. We do not set marketing cookies without consent.
Use of data by third parties
We use suppliers that process data on our behalf, including:
- suppliers for operating the website and submitting forms,
- Vercel (website hosting and Web Analytics),
- Google (Ads and Search Console),
- Meta (advertising and measurement).
These receive information only to the extent necessary to deliver the services above, and only in accordance with our instructions and applicable agreements. We do not sell personal data.
How long do we store the data?
We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.
- Enquiries and customer dialogue — normally up to about 3 years, unless longer storage follows from law or contract.
- Accounting and contract data — in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act and the contractual relationship.
- Analytics and marketing data — in accordance with the suppliers’ settings and your consent.
You can at any time request access, rectification or erasure where this is possible.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- be informed about which data we process,
- access data we hold about you,
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request erasure when the conditions for this are met,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent (applies to future processing),
- request that data be transferred to another controller where relevant.
