Enfy partners with EVE — one of the world’s largest battery manufacturers

Enfy has entered a partnership with EVE Energy, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of batteries and energy storage solutions. The collaboration gives us access to technology from a global industry giant and strengthens our position as a supplier of energy storage systems in the Nordics.

Enfy partners with EVE — one of the world’s largest battery manufacturers

EVE Energy was established in 2001 and has grown into one of the world’s largest battery manufacturers, with more than 30,000 employees globally. The company delivers battery technology for energy storage, electric vehicles and industrial applications, and is today ranked among the world’s leading manufacturers of energy storage cells. It supplies, among others, BMW, Mercedes and Volvo, where the highest quality is required.

For Enfy the partnership means access to proven technology, high production capacity and a strong innovation partner in a rapidly growing market.

«Demand for energy storage is increasing sharply across the Nordics. Through the partnership with EVE we can offer our customers solutions from one of the world’s most recognised battery manufacturers, while they get the local follow-up, competence and advice needed to succeed with their projects.»

Building a bridge between global technology and Nordic energy needs

While EVE stands behind the development and production of the battery technology, Enfy will deliver specially adapted control systems, as well as contribute with engineering, advisory, implementation and local follow-up. The partnership makes it possible to deliver complete energy storage solutions to industry, commercial buildings, energy companies and producers of renewable energy.

Through the agreement Enfy gets access to EVE’s portfolio of energy storage systems, including container-based solutions with storage capacity of up to 5 MWh and modular systems for commercial and industrial installations.

From energy production to energy management

The need for energy storage is growing in step with electrification, increased production of solar and wind power, and the need for a more flexible grid. Battery storage makes it possible to store energy when production is high and use it when the need is greatest, while also contributing to lower energy costs and better use of existing grid capacity.

For Enfy the partnership with EVE is an important step in the company’s long-term strategy to deliver tomorrow’s energy solutions to the Nordic market.

«We want to be a partner that helps customers adopt new energy technology in a safe and profitable way. With EVE on the team we get access to world-class technology, while customers get a local partner that knows the market and Nordic energy needs.»

We help with everything from energy sharing and grant schemes to choosing the right energy system.
