- What do you need before engineering?
- Meter data, connection limits, drawings and functional requirements provide a starting point. Include existing equipment and expansion plans.
- What should handover include?
- Agree functional tests, documentation, training, warranty terms and service responsibility. Market participation or island operation must be tested against agreed requirements before use.
